As a Fund Servicing Manager within the Transformation and Performance Optimization team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders across global sites. You will utilize your expertise in performance, attribution, and analytics products to support institutional clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our ongoing business transformation initiatives.
Job responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive performance analysis of investment portfolios, including attribution analysis, benchmarking and performance measurement against objectives. Develop and maintain performance and risk reporting frameworks, dashboards and models to provide timely and accurate reporting to clients. Establish and maintain relationships with vendor and internal management/front line staff Partner with performance operations to understand client behavior where required Possess business-level understanding of platform functions (legacy and external) Work independently as well as on a team to verify performance/risk analytics at multiple levels across platforms using available tooling Interpret and write commentary on functional testing results Identify, document, and resolve production issues pre and post migration Participate in the implementation of performance measurement and risk analytics systems and tools, including data validation and testing. Provide concise client migration status updates and assist with prioritization Present findings, outcomes, and solutions at stakeholder meetingsRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Bachelor’s degree graduate in banking or business management Minimum of 10 years’ working experience Minimum of 5 years working with market leading performance, attribution and analytics software platforms e.g. Factset Minimum of 5 years’ experience in performance analysis, risk analytics, or investment analytics within the financial services industry Strong analytical skills with knowledge of investment products, asset classes and financial markets Understanding of systems/software development lifecycle Proficiency with office productivity software Positive attitude with a willingness to work hard and be on a steep learning curve Attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving abilityPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Industry recognized professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA and CIPM are encouraged
