THE WORK
The Army, Air Force Systems Finance and Business Operations team is seeking an Asc. Finance Manager to lead a team of Finance professionals supporting International Blackhawk Sustainment platform.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the coordination and execution of all financial reporting requirements for various international customers. These programs include transactional Spares, Repairs, Fleet TAP, Product Support and dotted lines from Colombia and Poland. This position will partner with various functional areas including Program Management, Business Development, Global Accounting, Controllers, etc. to support new business strategy/proposals, contract/costing sheet reviews and approvals, project/POB setup, revenue recognition alignment, FP&A deliverables, quarterly CSR EAC’s, and various ad-hoc reporting requests.

• Support review and approval of new proposals, understand complex contractual terms and conditions, costing sheets and modeling of financials to support forecasts and CSR EACs
• Review and approve new contract revenue worksheets, SAP project, and performance obligation setup
• Provide analytical support and guidance to the Program team and work closely with the Sikorsky Finance organizations including Global Accounting, Corporate Tax, EBS, A/R, Core FP&A and Controllers
• Provide team oversight with quarterly CSR EACs reporting requirements and present to senior leadership
• Develop and lead P&L and Balance Sheet forecasting related activities including Program inputs, consolidation of required templates and ensure Hyperion loading is accurate and complete.
• Responsible for monthly Net Investment, Inventory and Fleet Spares rate reporting to support senior leadership reviews
• Support ad-hoc requests for Program Management and Finance Leadership

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with SAP, Hyperion and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
-Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to transfer knowledge via training and guidance to other team members.
-Experience with detailed financial analysis & providing management-level recommendations.
-Good organization skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
