Job Description

Visa is seeking an Associate Financial Analyst on the Revenue Operations team of CyberSource a division of Visa. This positions daily responsibilities include receiving processing and responding to customer billing questions and requests Resolving such requests will require the ability to learn and navigate through multiple systems and the ability to learn and follow published policies

The ideal candidate will be able and willing to learn and assist with other team responsibilities accounting pricing updates cash application handling billing disputes and preparing reports and analyses This position requires the ability to learn quickly to work independently and to solve problems in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment The ideal candidate must be able to work effectively with external clients and internal partners

Responsibilities:

Process requests from customers both internal and external answer billing questions provide invoice copies and update account informationReconcile pricing in the billing system to Customer quotesMonth end reconciliation and flux analysisCollaborate with Sales and Sales ops to generate credits and backbills ensuring that policies and approvals are held to highest standardsAssist with other aspects of the revenue process prepare and send invoices reconcile payments address billing disputes and resolve customer balancesCollaborate with internal and external partiesPerform special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.  ​

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree


Preferred Qualifications:

2 or more years of work experienceBachelors degree in business finance or accounting is preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal skillsDetail orientedAble to work independently in a cross functional environmentComfortable working with a heavy volume of dataAble to perform under pressure with tight deadlines accustomed to a fast paced and often ambiguous environmentAble to contribute new ideas and solutions for current processes and to address business challengesStrong organizational and project management skills plan organize and adapt within a multitasking environmentAble to simultaneously manage multiple issues and projectsSelf-motivatedWilling to utilize and learn new technology to solve problemsStrong skills in Microsoft ExcelExperience working in an ecommerce environment with an understanding of payment industry is a plus
