Job Description

Responsible for day to day operations and maintenance of the facility ensuring a safe and functional working environment
Ensure third party contractor’s adherence to company policies and procedures including maintaining the service level management of site
Ensure adherence to 52 week calendar pertaining to equipment preventive and corrective maintenance
Knowledge in UPS and electrical systems
Knowledge in Fire protection (FDAS, FM200 and fire suppression systems)
Knowledge in HVAC
Knowledge in Generator Set
Utilities and plumbing
Project management/renovation works
Secure government permits, PEZA compliance, and other legal requirement and assist in internal and external audits
Manage third party contractor and vendors
Act as safety officer
Knowledge and expertise on being a pollution control officer is an advantage
Handling and management of equipment and furniture; including transfer, purchase and disposal.
