Your key responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategic Direction
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global procurement team (150+ colleagues), fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.Define and execute the procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals, focusing on cost optimization, supplier innovation, and risk mitigation.Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for the procurement function, ensuring alignment with enterprise prioritiesWork with regional leads to drive process standardizationGovernance, Controls & Compliance
Develop and oversee comprehensive controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks to uphold procurement integrity and legal standards.Conduct regular audits, supplier evaluations, and risk assessments to ensure adherence to policies and mitigate enterprise risks.Advanced Reporting & KPI Management
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor procurement performance, supplier health, and savings realization.Drive automation of reporting processes, improve data accuracy, and embed controls to enhance procurement governance and transparency.Oversee queue management activities, ensuring timely resolution of procurement requests and high service levels.Process Optimization & Digital Transformation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, automate routine activities, and improve data governance.Lead enterprise-wide process improvement projects to reduce cycle times, increase stakeholder satisfaction, and embed best practices.Operations Management
Design and establish operations framework by defining clear objectives, outlining key processes, setting governance structures, and standardizing workflows to ensure alignment with business goals.Implement process change management and controls by systematically identifying change needs, assessing impacts, communicating with stakeholders, training teams, and monitoring execution through robust control mechanisms.Drive process hygiene, track, and report key deliverables by maintaining process standards, conducting regular audits, utilizing tracking tools, generating performance reports, and enforcing accountability for continuous improvement.Identify process gaps and drive towards Best-in-Class metrics by analyzing data, benchmarking against industry standards, performing root cause analysis, and implementing targeted improvements to elevate performance.Partner with upstream and downstream processes to ensure seamless user experience by fostering cross-functional collaboration, aligning handoffs, sharing real-time information, and continuously optimizing end-to-end workflowsWhat you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.15+ years of progressive experience in procurement, Tactical sourcing. Accounts payables, with proven senior leadership experience.Deep expertise in KPI management, enterprise reporting, and procurement controls.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba).Demonstrated success in leading large teams, managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels, and influencing enterprise-wide decision-making.Extensive knowledge of procurement policies, compliance standards, risk management, and governance frameworksIdentify transformation opportunities by deploying RPA, process standardization to drive productivity and efficiencyOversee functional level programs while mentoring the team and organizing stakeholders in setting up the business and operational drivesWhat makes you stand out?
