High School Diploma requiredAssociates Degree preferredTwo years of branch or department supervisory experience requiredHome Care or Staffing Experience preferredValid Driver’s License

Responsibilities:  

As a PCS Associate Director, you will:

Direct management assigned branch staff including recruiting, hiring, staff development and discipline. Provide
guidance and direction to assigned branch leadership. Identify opportunities for operational improvement of assigned staff, and develops and implements plansSupports the Director in the day-to-day management of all office staff and related activities including recruiting,
hiring, assessment activity, staffing/scheduling, risk management requirements, payroll/billing requirements, and
all compliance and human resource needs. Partner with the Director to communicate procedural changes to office staff and provide ongoing oversight to
ensure compliance.Work with area and regional leadership to maintain branch operational consistency across the region.
Ensure adherence to applicable company policies and procedures, and all applicable compliance
requirements for the branch. Monitor compliance and report any opportunities for improvement to
leadership.
