We’re looking for a high-caliber **Associate Director of Sales, Business Development** – a driven, strategic sales leader who thrives on building powerful relationships and delivering exceptional results. You’re an experienced sales professional with a strong command of the business travel landscape in the hotel industry and consistently go beyond expectations to elevate client satisfaction. In this role, you'll be a key player in driving total hotel revenue and leading sales activities across the hotel, collaborating closely with other departments to maximize business opportunities.
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ Minimum 5 years of recent experience in key account management and business travel within the hotel industry
+ Strong proficiency in MS Office and Outlook; experience with CRM platforms such as Opera or Delphi is a strong advantage.
+ Exceptional presentation skills—both in person and virtually—with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.
+ A results‑oriented, entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to cultivate long‑term business relationships.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent projects effectively.
+ A diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
