**Job Title: Associate Director of Facilities**
**Job Description**
As the Associate Director of Facilities, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the campus facilities to create an outstanding guest experience. Your leadership will inspire teamwork across departments, ensuring that our campus remains a top destination for visitors.
**Responsibilities**
+ In charge of sustainability around the facility
+ Encourage and promote teamwork and interdepartmental cooperation.
+ Supervise the housekeeping department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
+ Supervise and direct maintenance personnel in maintaining, cleaning, and repairing facilities and equipment.
+ Review staff performance regularly, addressing issues, coaching for growth, and conducting annual reviews.
+ Manage planning and installations of special exhibits and seasonal flower shows.
+ Establish maintenance policies and procedures, ensuring staff training and compliance.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 2 to 4-year degree in a relevant field.
+ 7 years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance across diverse building systems.
+ 5 years of experience supervising teams.
+ Valid Pennsylvania Class 1 driver's license.
+ Experience with landscape installation and maintenance.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $89000.00/yr.
