Associate Director – Financial Planning & Analysis (Grade F)

This is an existing role within Mercer BCS Finance organization based out of India. The incumbent in this role will be a core member of the finance team supporting Mercer BCS US&C operations & working very closely with regional finance & business partners globally. The role’s primary purpose is to provide financial planning, reporting and analytics support to business partners and the leadership teams to help achieve business and financial objectives. The role requires a highly motivated individual, with strong interpersonal skills, ready to take on new challenges and have a mindset of continuous improvement.

Manage the forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities for Mercer BCS USC operationsStrong stakeholder management & partnership with regional finance and businessMaintain financial transparency on the expense allocationsDevelop a deep understanding of the Marsh and Mercer businesses to effectively challenge business strategy and assumptionsSupport business & finance leaders with insightful information regarding business performance, forecasts and budgets to make informed decisionsEnsure financial reports for month end, forecasts, budgets and statistical analyses are developed and accurate and delivered to stakeholdersAbility to work across time zones and in flexible shift majorly covering US time zoneWhat you need to have:
CA / MBA in related field12+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis preferable in multinational companiesExcellent written, verbal and communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels in EnglishStrong stakeholder management skillsAdvanced Excel proficiency mandatoryStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindsetExcellent presentation skills
