When you step into a career with AT&T, you won’t just imagine the future-you’ll create it. **Job Summary** As Associate Director, you will supervise a team of cybersecurity professionals who protect products, services, infrastructure, networks, and applications by implementing robust security measures, monitoring for threats, responding to incidents, and supporting innovation and strategic planning to safeguard data and assets for the company, our customers, and vendors. **What You'll Do** + Develop, implement, and maintain security controls that directly support and enforce security policies and procedures to protect systems and data. + Coordinate with application owners and business units to demonstrate, educate, and support security controls, including deployment and enforcement timelines, written documentation of compliance and remediation steps, and escalation of issues impacting control compliance + Create and execute automated test plans/strategies utilizing business requirements and collaborate with engineers/architects, clients, etc. to validate test environments, test data and test results, design and implement code fixes, validate outcomes against expected results and produce associated reporting. + Manage the software deployment process. **What You'll Bring** + Master's degree (MS/MA) desired in Computer Science or Cybersecurity. + 5+ years of related experience. + Cybersecurity certifications are preferred. + Experience in SDLC, including Kanban, Agile, and Waterfall. + 5+ years of robust project management overseeing a technical development pipeline. + Experience with Data Science, Python, and Power BI preferred **AT&T will not hire any applicants for this position who require employer sponsorship now or in the future.** Our Associate Director Cybersecurity earns between $155,400-$233,200 USD Annual.
