**Job Description:** **This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. To provide direction and guidance to team, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of customer service requests, inquiries, complaints, and sales to maintain high customer satisfaction and operational excellence. **What you’ll do** Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: + **Operational Oversight:** Manage daily operations, resolving customer issues and directing problem fixes. + **Team Leadership:** Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations for staff and field forces. + **Compliance and Policies:** Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. + **Performance Improvement:** Monitor performance, implement improvements, and develop efficiency and effectiveness plans. + **Customer Satisfaction:** Resolve customer concerns and analyze data to identify and meet customer needs. **What you’ll need** + Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. + 5+ years of related experience. **What you’ll bring** + Oversees operational aspects of the department, focusing on the day-to-day management of related initiatives. + This role is primarily concerned with the implementation and execution of strategies developed by higher management. + Typically leads entry-level and career-level staff within the organization. + Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates. **Supervisor:** Yes Our Associate Director-CS Mobility, earns between $77,800 - $116,800.
