What you’ll do

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, resolving customer issues and directing problem fixes.Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations for staff and field forces.Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Performance Improvement: Monitor performance, implement improvements, and develop efficiency and effectiveness plans.Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer concerns and analyze data to identify and meet customer needs.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.5+ years of related experience.

What you’ll bring

Oversees operational aspects of the department, focusing on the day-to-day management of related initiatives.This role is primarily concerned with the implementation and execution of strategies developed by higher management.Typically leads entry-level and career-level staff within the organization.Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.

Our Associate Director-CS Mobility, earns between $77,800 - $116,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
