Associate Director-Business Operations (Government)
**Job Description:** This position requires office presence of a minimum of 2 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Our goal is to enable the Agency via AT&T mission services to provide positive outcomes by overseeing project/program execution, ensuring alignment with scope and schedule. AT&T has an opening for an Associate Director-Business Operations who will be responsible for overseeing operational efficiency by executing process improvements and leveraging data analytics to align with business objectives. **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • **Team Leadership and Development:** Leading a team of Business Operation professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities. • **Process Improvement:** Leading the identification and evaluation of inefficiencies in current business processes. Collaborating with senior management and/or various departments to streamline workflows and enhance overall productivity. • **Data Analysis and Reporting:** Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for business decision-making. Generating reports and identifying trends using statistical and/or financial modeling. • **Documentation and Compliance:** Ensuring business and contract operations comply with internal policies and external regulations. Supervising the maintenance of accurate records, preparation of documentation for audits, and staying updated with relevant laws and standards. • **Other duties as assigned:** Overseeing processes related to globalization of operations, inventory management, communication & stakeholder engagement, cost analysis, data analysis, project management, and/or quality management. **Required Clearance** Public trust (#publictrust) (#clearable) **Required Qualifications:** + PMP + Knowledge and experience with AT&T WL services + Must possess knowledge of Federal Government customers. Occasional travel may be required. + Demonstrates broad and working knowledge of entire product/service line. + Identifies key trends and customer needs, leverages industry knowledge/applications, utilizes consultative skills to close sales for assigned accounts in accordance with company policy, procedures, and culture. **Desired Qualifications:** + Oversees operational aspects of the department, focusing on the day-to-day management of related initiatives. This role is primarily concerned with the implementation and execution of strategies developed by higher management. + Typically leads entry-level and career-level staff within the organization. + Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.
