Cushman & Wakefield’s Strategic Consulting team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Melbourne, Canberra or Sydney.Strategic Consulting delivers advanced advisory services across complex property and infrastructure projects, partnering with government and private-sector clients. Our work spans business case development, strategic planning, investment advisory, portfolio optimization and advice on complex property transactions across sectors including government, social and private infrastructure.
Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage client engagements, including stakeholders, commercials, risk and quality assurance
Lead the development of State and Federal Government business cases
Advise on commercial structures and coordinate specialist inputs (cost, financial and economic advisors)
Deliver evidence-based, strategic recommendations for complex property challenges
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and proposals
Mentor and support junior team members
About You7+ years’ experience, ideally in consulting or commercial/financial advisory
Experience leading business cases for State or Federal Government
Strong interest or experience in property and infrastructure
Experience with financial modelling and commercial structures
Relevant tertiary qualification
Ability to obtain AGSVA security clearance
