This role ensures that mission-critical systems are maintained to the highest standards of availability, security, and efficiency, while leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role:

Lead Data Center Operations: Oversee daily performance, reliability, and uptime across all data center facilities.Manage Teams & Vendors: Supervise technical staff and coordinate with external vendors to ensure service excellenceEnsure Compliance & Security: Maintain adherence to regulatory standards and implement robust risk management protocols.Drive Infrastructure Projects: Lead planning and execution of expansions, migrations, and system upgrades.Optimize Performance & Costs: Monitor KPIs, streamline operations, and support budgeting and cost-efficiency initiatives

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred) with 10 years of experience in data center operations, with >5 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of power, cooling, cabling, and hardware systems.Familiarity with cloud integration, virtualization, and hybrid environments.Proven experience with monitoring tools, automation platforms, and ITSM systems.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
