Associate Director, Total Rewards Operations - APAC

**Position Summary**
The Associate Director of Total Rewards Operations will lead a regional team responsible for overseeing all Compensation and Benefit operations programs. This role emphasizes operational excellence, ensuring the team meets deliverables and deadlines through the company’s ticketing/task tools while also contributing to regional and global compensation initiatives. The Associate Director will cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, proactively seeking opportunities to optimize processes and support artificial intelligence for greater efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead and manage a regional team, ensuring effective oversight of all Compensation and Benefit operations programs.
+ Ensure the team meets deliverables and deadlines using the company’s ticketing/task tools,maintaininghigh standardsof operational execution.
+ Handle and resolve escalations, providing support and guidance to team members.
+ Foster strong collaboration with the Total Rewards Business Partner (TRBP) responsible for the business unit, as well as with global stakeholders.
+ Drive continuous improvementleverageartificial intelligence and other technologies to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
+ Contribute to the successful rollout of large-scale and global compensationandbenefitprograms, such as Annual Compensation Planning,Global Job Architecture, Ad-hoc Benefit rolloutsand other key initiatives.
+ Collaborate closely with the Service Delivery Management (SDM) team toidentifyopportunities for operational improvements andalign onprogram governance.
+ Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
**Key Qualifications**
**Minimum** **Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, ora relatedfield. Master's degree preferred.
+ Minimum ofeight-to-tenyears of experience in compensationand benefitsmanagement, witha preference offive(5) years inamulti-country role.
+ Extensiveexperience inoperations andsharecapability center models.
+ Strongproject management andworking incross-functional teams.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
+ Extensiveknowledge of Compensationand Benefitstrategies, theories, best practices, and regulations
**Preferred Requirements**
+ Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.
+ Certificationinbenefits (e.g., CEBS) is a plus.
