Job Description

What is the opportunity?

The Reporting team, as part of Global Banking Division (GBD) Client Experience plays a key role in delivering high quality output and outcomes for our clients and the business. Team is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of all reporting throughout the client lifecycle, from fund and marketing collateral through to after sales reporting and data delivery.

The individual will play an important role in managing the Bespoke (Client) Reporting team and co-ordinating the delivery of this collateral and client reporting for all of RBC BlueBay’s pooled funds and segregated mandates.

RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.

What will you do?

Manage bespoke (client) reporting workstream, enhancing collaboration, streamlining operations, implementing automation and ensuring comprehensive coverage across all reporting channels.Work alongside Business Development, Client Experience and investment teams globally to ensure the timely production of reporting for pooled and segregated fund marketing material. Ensure team produces and distributes this reporting within the specified deadlines and in accordance with the teams’ procedures. Ensure a high level of quality assurance and accuracy across all deliverables is maintained by the team. Act as a senior point of escalation for complex reporting issues and client queries.Work with the broader business and / or affiliates of RBC BlueBay to ensure that we are meeting their reporting requirements; documentation has been prepared correctly and in line with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with RBC as well as the UK and US compliance teams to produce collateral required to support the US distribution efforts.Work with internal and external parties to ensure strong knowledge of proprietary and third-party systems infrastructure used to support the production of reporting. Utilise this system knowledge to build automated reporting solutions for reporting deliverables to streamline process and minimise operational risk.Support the design, maintenance and update of policy and procedure documents for all reporting obligations to meet audit requirements.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Prior experience in asset management, ideally from a reporting focused backgroundProven experience in managing a team or individuals and/or being accountable for team deliverables and SLA’sTrack record in streamlining operations and pushing through changeStrong organisation skills, with experience in managing multiple deliverables at any one time. Strong attention to detail and accuracyStrong stakeholder engagement across multiple teams and global locations

Nice to have

University degree or equivalent ( not a pre-requisite)
