Your new role

As our new Associate Director, Clinical Medical Management, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks such as:

Lead Clinical Medical Management team Deliver industry-leading clinical trial excellence with scientific insights and external engagement Secure early inputs to product development, incorporating voice of patients and clinicians Establish strong presence in new and current therapy areas Align clinical research with strategic and commercial objectives

You will join the CMM leaders in the Clinical Medical Management (CMM) team. We provide strategic direction, driving performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities while fostering excellence in team culture, processes, and capabilities. We deliver industry-leading clinical trial excellence, and early product and therapy area development, with high-quality scientific insights and engagement, trusted partnerships and innovation, to position the organization as a leader in therapeutic solutions.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

You hold a MD, PhD, MSc, MPharm or equivalent in healthcare with strong background in clinical practice or research You have 5+ years’ experience in clinical or medical roles in the pharmaceutical industry You have 2+ years’ experience of working in strategic roles You have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical drug development and value chain You have a strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial methodology You are willing to leverage technology such as AI tools and adopt a data-driven approach in all aspects of work You are proficient in English written and orally

You define and articulate a clear strategic vision aligned with organisational goals and translate it into actionable plans that achieve measurable outcomes. You communicate and present clearly, manage stakeholders effectively, think critically and analytically to evaluate risks and spot opportunities, build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, and creatively solve complex problems to deliver practical solutions.
