The Assoc-Digital Product Management role is responsible for ensuring every automation is thoroughly tested, validated, and production-ready. This role is critical in maintaining operational stability and minimizing disruption as new and enhanced automations move into production. You’ll partner with Technology, Delivery, and Operations teams to perform end-to-end testing, validate production readiness requirements, and identify issues early in the lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in maintaining quality standards that support both traditional automation models (BPMN, RPA) and emerging agentic capabilities. **Key Responsibilities but not limited to:** + Request, prepare, and execute test documentation for new and updated automations. + Conduct **End-to-End (E2)** and **End-to-End Extended (E3)** testing for automation solutions prior to deployment. + Test and validate that all **production readiness requirements** are met before go-live, including business controls, alerting, and monitoring configurations. + Ensure the automations meet both functional and non-functional requirements. + Execute **negative path testing** to ensure resilience and proper error handling. + Collaborate with Technology and Delivery teams to triage and track issues discovered during testing. + Provide **validation and post-release support** for automation and platform changes. + Document test results, defects, and provide sign-off recommendations for production releases. + Contribute to continuous improvement of automation quality assurance and testing processes. **What You Bring** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills. + Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes. + Effective written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to share information with both technical and non-technical partners. + An ability to demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with the ability to remain calm under pressure. + Experience with testing methodologies, including regression, integration, and negative path testing. + Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. + Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments bridging business and technology. Preferred Qualifications: + 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, or automation delivery. + Familiarity with automation technologies such as RPA, BPMN, or workflow orchestration platforms.
