As an Associate Data Scientist, you’ll contribute to developing and deploying machine learning models and NLP solutions that drive real-world impact. You’ll work on challenges at the intersection of AI and talent acquisition, collaborating with product experts, engineers, and fellow data scientists in a culture that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning. This is a hybrid position based at Windmill Lane, Dublin 2, our strategic hub for AI development in Ireland. **Responsibilities** + Assist in developing and training machine learning models, including NLP applications. + Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation. + Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to integrate models into production systems. + Stay curious and learn emerging AI technologies and best practices. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). + Basic knowledge of Python and data science/machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). + Understanding of statistics, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
