**Position Summary**
At CVS Health, we possess an extensive repository of healthcare data that spans over 150 million individuals, providing an unparalleled foundation for ambitious Data Engineers. In this role, you will engage with complex business challenges, harnessing modern tools and technologies to securely store, process, transform, and enrich terabyte to petabyte scale healthcare data. Your work will underpin data-driven business decisions and contribute to our mission of delivering industry-best data products / software with a customer-first mindset and team-oriented approach.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Data Product Manager to join our dynamic data and analytics team. In this role, you will support the development and management of data products that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, business stakeholders, and senior product managers to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
The ideal candidate is passionate about data, has a strong analytical mindset, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Data and Analytics while contributing to impactful initiatives.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 1–2 years of experience in data analytics, product management, or a related role (internships or academic projects count).
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a basic understanding of data concepts and tools.
+ Proficiency in **SQL** for querying and analyzing data.
+ Familiarity with Data Analysis & Reporting
+ Understanding of data warehousing concepts
+ Experience with **Agile methodologies** and tools like Jira or Confluence
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in healthcare industry
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
+ Curiosity and willingness to learn about data products and user needs.
**Education**
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field required.

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,980.00 - $135,960.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
