Associate Customer Service Coordinator

Overview:
As an Associate Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for booking requests, initiating transportation and logistics processes that drive our service excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and enjoys collaborating across teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Objectives:
Ensure timely, accurate, and complete processing of customer orders.Initiate logistics workflows aligned with customer specifications and internal standards.Foster strong communication and collaboration with internal departments and external partners.Responsibilities:
Maintain departmental KPIs and uphold high customer satisfaction ratings.Respond to incoming customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.Monitor and manage customer emails, ensuring prompt responses and escalation of concerns when necessary.Accurately enter and update order and shipment details in proprietary systems.Track shipments with carriers including steamship lines, trucking vendors, and railroads.Perform general office duties such as typing, faxing, mail distribution, and phone messaging.Digitally scan and organize documents using the Document Management System.Support dispatch coordination, including driver instructions, delivery confirmations, and customer follow-ups.Maintain daily schedules, logs, and task lists to ensure operational continuity.What You Bring:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
