Associate Coordinator - Facilities

As the Associate Coordinator – Facilities, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of an assigned building or multiple buildings.
Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining the physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment. Assist with special event cleanup when needed. Assist with posting and taking down flyers around the building for special events and moves. Assist with ensuring safety standards are followed throughout facility. Complete regular inspections for leaking water, lights out, clogged sinks, or toilets, and reporting to Facilities/CBRE. Provide support and may participate in Emergency Preparedness Team. Assist Mail Center with special projects. Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:
High School Degree or Equivalent - Previous on-the-job training experience in lieu of high school degree considered Ability to be self-motivated but work within a team as needed Good communication skills both written and verbal Proficiency in Word, Excel and all Microsoft office suite items Basic understanding of building systems, HVAC, Lighting, etc Good organizational skills and ability to multi-taskPhysical Expectations:
Work may require excessive bending or stooping. Employee required to walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day.
