CGI is looking for a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications while leading technical solutions and ensuring high-quality code delivery.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design and develop robust, scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot

Build and maintain Microservices-based architectures

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless system communication

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements

Ensure application performance, security, and reliability

Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development

Strong expertise in Spring Boot framework

Solid experience in Microservices architecture

Proficiency in designing and consuming REST APIs

Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL preferred)

Experience with version control tools like Git

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
