Associate Commercial Finance Manager – Operations

MAIN PURPOSE
To support Claim Process between Distributors and Abbott Nutrition as principal.To ensure the claim is processed as per business requirements;To drive support on end-to end trade spend management via Exceedra system and manage the service levels & liaise with internal and external stakeholders (Exceedra IT Team, FP&A, CFS, Sales Team, Distributor, etc.) as required;MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Partnering with Sales Team for both Trade and Ethical business for trade spending management/settlement.Verify all related documents from distributor aligned with approved business plan, relevant contracts agreement for payment process.Assure timely payment to distributor to avoid any operational impacts due to delayed payment process.Assure the compliance of corporate finance payment process.Month-end closing preparation pertaining to Claims, accrual consolidation & outstanding review/reconciliation.Timely update of Trade Spending trackerSupport outstanding trade claim reconciliation with distributors (monthly)Monthly trade spend KPI/ dashboardMonthly Claim Aging Report by AccountEnsuring Hygiene checks in Exceedra ToolSupport team on any initiatives and simplification project (Exceedra).
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
Min Finance/Accounting/Admin Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience in finance and trade spending
