We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-driven Associate Client Resolution Coordinator to join our team. In this temporary role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our service members, vendors, and Transportation Service Providers receive timely, accurate, and professional resolution to their inquiries and claims. ResponsibilitiesAccurately process client resolution issues in accordance with established program criteria, ensuring all cases are handled thoroughly and on time.Maintain precision in entering voucher payable information, shipment details, and claims updates into proprietary systems.Receive and respond to calls and correspondence, provide clear solutions, and escalate concerns when necessary while maintaining timely client contact.Prepare invoices using multiple schedules and systems; update daily logs, schedules, and tasks to keep operations running smoothly.Work closely with team members to maintain departmental KPIs, accuracy ratings, and service quality standards.Essential SkillsData entryAdministrative supportMicrosoft OfficeMicrosoft ExcelClericalCustomer supportSupply chainInventoryAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.1+ year of customer service experience required; claims experience preferred.Strong data entry skills (35 WPM) and attention to detail.Excellent communication—verbal, written, and interpersonal.Ability to perform basic math, including percentages and multiplication.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); SharePoint a plus.Strong organizational skills and commitment to confidentiality.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
