As a Data & Reporting Business Analyst I, you will drive automation, reporting, and data solutions for the Rewards Product Delivery team.

Job responsibilities

Automate data workflows and reporting processes using Alteryx and SQL to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for data integration and migration across multiple platforms.Model and structure databases to support analytics, reporting, and business decision-making.Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable data solutions.Build and maintain dashboards and reports (primarily in Tableau and Excel) to support business stakeholders.Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.Implement and monitor data quality controls to ensure compliance and audit readiness.Support key business decisions with timely, accurate, and relevant data insights.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsHands-on experience with Alteryx and SQL (must have).Experience with data modeling and ETL processes (must have).Proficiency in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake).Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.Familiarity with Jira for project management and agile workflows.Experience using LLMs (Large Language Models) or AI tools in data analysis or reportingPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience with Tableau and Excel for reporting.Experience with Python for ETL and automation.Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Snowflake).Familiarity with RPA, AI/ML, NoSQL (MongoDB), and advanced scripting (Shell, PowerShell, Java).Experience with cloud-native reporting tools.
