· Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building and cross-selling of additional CBRE services.
· Grasps needs of tenants and landlords and provides them with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values.
· Accompanies prospective clients to property sites to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms.
· Compiles property data of clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments with supervisor’s advice.
· Prepares Request for Proposals (RFP) and reviews RFP responses. Analyzes data and prepares real estate reports on average asking rents, tenants, in the market, historical data, and market comparisons.
· Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
· Prepares offers, term sheets, and lease amendments. Assesses unusual circumstances, uses varied techniques, and reconciles incomplete or conflicting data in preparing responses.
· Maintains current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry.
· Assist in the preparation of strategic plans and budgets; prepare monthly/weekly reports and marketing projects for line of business and/or department
· Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values and legislation that may affect the real estate industry
· Engage in and provide research and regular data mining for CBRE and cross-functional teams
· Monitor and provide timely, relevant updates around regional development within the countries in which CBRE operates, market dynamics, latest real estate industry development and development in business sectors of major clients
· Provide regular and consistent analytics for BD & Marketing purposes relevant to the functional unit
· Participate in collaboration activities with country and global teams to identify synergies for knowledge sharing and special projects
· Monitor and report on competitor activities; identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management
· Render support to the Business Line Leader in all undertakings leading to the achievement of country key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business unit
· Other duties as assigned.
**Educational Qualification**
· Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree
**Experience**
· At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, leasing
