As a Associate Banker on the Healthcare Technology, Middle Market Banking team, you will be responsible for growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries specializing in Healthcare Technology.
The Healthcare Technology team is part of J.P. Morgan's Commercial Bank in its Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries group. In this role you will be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships with the world’s most innovative companies. We work both independently and as part of a dynamic team to deliver the entire firm to our clients.
Job Responsibilities
Demonstrate the ability to build a brand within your market that represents the Healthcare Technology team as the “Leading Middle Market bank serving the best and most diverse clients” Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset balanced with the ability to manage risk (credit, operational, and reputational) appropriately Research prospects and participate in ‘discovery’ to determine the banking tools they need to power their business while also identifying opportunities for strategic partnershipsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
3+ years of related experienceStrong understanding of Commercial Banking products and servicesExcellent sales management and business development skills Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners Self-directed, proactive, and creative; uses sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Exam Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire
