Associate Automotive Fleet Supervisor
Position Summary
The Associate Automotive Fleet Supervisor supports the safe, efficient, and cost-effective management of a vehicle and equipment fleet. This role partners with technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure fleet readiness, cost control, and compliance with organizational standards. The position blends technical oversight, operational coordination, and administrative leadership.
Internal Salary Grade: 20D
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, monitor repairs, track inventory levels, and ensure vehicle performance and safety compliance.Analyze labor and maintenance costs, monitor spending, and ensure adherence to purchasing and expense approval guidelines.Support asset lifecycle management, including vehicle disposition and replacement, in partnership with the Fleet Manager.Manage vendor relationships and evaluate service quality, turnaround times, and costs.Process invoices, maintain accurate records, and complete administrative reporting.Conduct equipment and facility audits to ensure operational and safety standards are met.Supervise and support a small team of technicians, providing guidance and performance oversight.Participate in training programs, webinars, and mentoring initiatives to enhance operational expertise and leadership development.Tracks component failures and replacements to identify and respond to equipment failure trends.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent recommended, or equivalent experience in fleet, operations, maintenance, or facilities management.General technical knowledge of equipment, tools, and maintenance processes (automotive experience is a plus but not required).Ability to supervise and support technical staff in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings (up to five days per week).Valid driver’s license required.Must be at least 21 years of ageEmployee Type:

Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $63,240.00/year to $102,780.00/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
