Job Description

Handle litigation matters related to consumer warranty and product liability defense (Lemon Law) Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and legal correspondence Conduct legal research and analysis Represent clients in depositions, court hearings, and settlement conferences Collaborate with other attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school Active California Bar license 2+ years of experience in warranty or product liability litigation Strong writing and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and team-oriented mindset
