Job Description

Seeking full-time Associate Attorneys for insurance defense litigation. Positions available in Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, and Tampa offices. Manage a diverse caseload including construction defects, general liability, and bodily injury claims. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing clients in court proceedings. Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.​

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in Florida. Minimum of 2 years' experience in insurance defense litigation. Experience with construction-related litigation is highly preferred. Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to manage a full caseload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.​
