Associate Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team, specializing in Construction Law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal counsel, representing clients in litigation, and assisting in various legal matters related to construction projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice on construction law matters to clients.Draft and review contracts related to construction projects.Represent clients in court and during litigation proceedings.Assist in the preparation of legal documents and filings.Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and strategies.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Strong knowledge and experience in Construction Law.Excellent research and writing skills.Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.Prior experience as a Law Clerk or in a court environment is preferred.Familiarity with litigation processes and procedures.

Base Salary: $90-130k DOE
