Associate Attorney
Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Associate Attorney for our client based in California. They were established in 2009, our client is a boutique plaintiff-side law firm focused on consumer, employment, class action, and federal civil litigation. With five attorneys and a total team of sixteen, the firm operates primarily remotely, with its main office located in Calabasas. The firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its litigation team. This role is ideal for a driven, detail oriented attorney who wants hands on federal litigation experience and the chance to grow within a fast-moving plaintiff practice. The associate attorney will work closely with the firm’s litigation partner and collaborate with a team of five associates. This role has no billing or hourly requirements and follows a standard 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule. The role is fully remote in California. Key Responsibilities - Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda in federal civil cases - Support litigation strategy in consumer, employment, and class action matters - Manage case files, discovery, and legal research - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members - Contribute to case preparation and settlement strategy - Assist with TPCA, debt collection, and other consumer focused federal litigation We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
