Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client’s Santa Monica, CA office.

Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 2 years of civil litigation experience in California. Lemon Law experience is a huge plus.

Job Description

Represent clients in lemon law and civil litigation matters Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence Handle court appearances, hearings, and depositions Work closely with clients and team members to develop case strategies Manage caseload efficiently with reasonable billable hour requirements Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff in a supportive environment

Qualifications

J.D. and active California Bar license required Minimum 2 years of civil litigation experience (personal injury or lemon law highly transferable) Experience in hearings and/or defending depositions strongly preferred Strong legal writing, advocacy, and case management skills Not open to relocation – candidates must already be in California
