Location

Hybrid role based in San Antonio, TX, with the office located off Loop 1604 near Huebner. Attorneys typically work in-office Tuesday through Thursday.

Note

You must be licensed in Texas and have prior civil litigation experience to be considered. This role requires managing your own docket and strong client and carrier communication.

Job Description

Manage a docket of approximately 30 active litigation matters Review new file assignments and develop case strategy from inception Draft and respond to pleadings and written discovery Conduct depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and experts Maintain regular communication with clients and insurance adjusters Handle mediations, court appearances, and trial preparation Collaborate with paralegals, clerks, and other attorneys to move cases efficiently Research applicable law and apply it strategically to case development

Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school 2+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably insurance defense or personal injury Active and good-standing Texas Bar license Strong writing, organization, and analytical skills Reliable, responsive communicator with client-facing confidence
