Job Description
Manage a docket of approximately 30 active litigation matters Review new file assignments and develop case strategy from inception Draft and respond to pleadings and written discovery Conduct depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and experts Maintain regular communication with clients and insurance adjusters Handle mediations, court appearances, and trial preparation Collaborate with paralegals, clerks, and other attorneys to move cases efficiently Research applicable law and apply it strategically to case developmentQualifications
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school 2+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably insurance defense or personal injury Active and good-standing Texas Bar license Strong writing, organization, and analytical skills Reliable, responsive communicator with client-facing confidenceWhy You’ll Love Working Here
