Job Description

Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents Represent clients in depositions, court hearings, and mediations Conduct legal research and analysis on federal and state issues Collaborate with partners and team members on litigation strategy and trial prep

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school Active South Carolina license 4+ years of civil litigation experience Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented, detail-focused, and highly organized
