Manage a caseload of insurance defense and related civil litigation matters from early strategy through resolution Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and drive discovery plans Draft motions, pleadings, and persuasive legal memoranda with strong research and writing Partner with senior attorneys on case strategy, negotiation, and trial preparation Communicate with clients clearly and professionally, keeping matters moving efficiently Appear in court as needed and support mediations and settlement negotiations

Qualifications

JD from a reputable law school Active Arizona Bar license in good standing Deposition experience (taking and defending) Strong legal research and writing skills Experience in insurance defense or civil litigation preferred Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple matters
