One of Insight Global’s top clients within the FinTech Industry is looking for an Associate Account Manager to sit on site in Manhattan, NYC five days a week. This fintech company partners with over 160 Credit Unions to provide a data-driven platform to help strengthen their relationships with all members. The Associate Account Manager will work alongside the Sr. Account Manager and leadership team to build relationships and drive meaningful growth through this platform. This person will be responsible for customer success, owning the post - sales relationship for up to 30 clients. Additional Job responsibilities include building out onboarding campaigns, updating brands / client logo in the platform, creating marketing ideas, working on ROI report, and reporting on milestones. This role has the opportunity to promote to an Account Manager within 6-9 months.

Skills and Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Hands on experience running client meetings and owning client relationship
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Ability to strategize their own book of business
- Experience selling SaaS, fintech, or a marketing platform - Experience working for a Start Up
- Experience selling to financial services
