Examples of the skills, knowledge, and experiences you need to lead and deliver value at this level include but are not limited to:
Utilize intermediate to advanced Excel skills to manage, analyze, and report on training data.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using basic Power BI to track training metrics and performance.Automate manual processes to improve efficiency.Monitor and ensure compliance with global learning and education requirements.Implement processes and controls to align training activities with Network Standards and regulations.Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members, trainers, and other stakeholders.Provide hands-on support during training sessions, including setup, coordination, and troubleshooting.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within learning and development.
Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
Basic knowledge of Power BI for report creation and data visualization.
Familiarity with automation tools is preferred.
