Backup Engineer – Hybrid Cloud SupportDo you enjoy solving technical challenges and ensuring business continuity for global customers?Are you passionate about learning cutting-edge technologies like Commvault, Metallic, Azure, and AWS?Role Purpose
As a Backup Engineer, you will provide technical support for backup-related issues across on-premises, Microsoft Azure, and AWS environments. You will play a key role in maintaining customer systems and ensuring seamless operations while continuously developing your skills through our training programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver technical support for backup systems and customer issues across hybrid cloud environments.Work on Managed Hosted Commvault and SaaS Metallic services to ensure business stability.Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather information and resolve incidents effectively.Apply troubleshooting techniques and escalate complex issues when necessary.Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement within the team.What we need to see from you
Strong understanding of backup technologies and hybrid cloud environments.Experience working with Commvault and Metallic platforms or other Enterprise Class Backup product.Experience Managing and Troubleshooting server backup policies, schedules, and retention plans.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS services.Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team.A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and collaboration.Why Join Us?
