About The Role:

Exposure in Real Estate advisory - Research, Feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest & best use reports, Financial Modeling & conceptsSelf-driven individual with execution & client query handling responsibilities. The position will have both elements: primarily project execution/ delivery along with a support business developmentExecution skills- Report writing – Feasibility report, market research report etc., Market surveys, financial modeling, making presentations.Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc,Site inspectionsPresentation and documentation work

About You:

Graduation in Commerce, Finance or Statistical BackgroundMinimum Experience : 1to 3 YearsHas experience in financial modelling, analytical analysis, and report writing
