We have an exciting opportunity within our growing Retail Valuation & Advisory team, where you will be specialising in valuing shopping centres, retail parks and supermarkets for a wide range of clients including lenders, investors, institutional funds and REITs. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality Red Book valuation reports, often involving complex cashflows.
You will have a keen eye for detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet tight deadlines. Strong written skills are required to ensure the delivery of clear, accurate, and professional advisory reports.

Responsibilities:
Undertake existing valuation mandates and start to build contacts to attract new businessPrepare valuations and strategic advice to a wide variety of clientsBe able to take day to day responsibility for execution of instructions under minimal supervisionCoordinate the use of larger teams across the valuation department Promote the service line to existing and prospective clientsStart to develop a profile in the marketplace through building key client relationshipsPlay an active role in the development of more junior team membersPrepare valuation reports, in various formatsSkills & Experience:
Commercial valuation experienceFamiliar with Argus Enterprise valuation softwareMRICS qualifiedCompetent in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Analytical skills to be able to draw out market trends and informationHighly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple instructions simultaneously.We foster a culture of inclusion that embraces the unique strengths, perspectives, and experiences of all our employees.
