Overview

Responsible for handling, organizing, and moving servers and racks in the testing area. This role performs check-in and check-out of servers in the testing process, maintains organization of cables and components, and supports general housekeeping and 5S initiatives in the testing and rack areas.
2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m

Essential Functions:Safely move and position servers and racks in the testing area.Perform server check-in/check-out for testing.Maintain accurate records of server location and status.Assist with organizing and labeling cables (cable management).Clean and organize testing and rack areas (general cleaning/organization).Support and sustain 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).Accurately follow all written and verbal instructions.Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.Collaborate with the team to achieve goals.Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for prolonged periods.Ability to move equipment and materials throughout production and warehouse areas.Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment occasionally.

Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous experience in warehouse, production, or technical assembly preferred.Experience handling IT equipment (servers, racks, cables) is a plus.Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.Ability to safely lift and move servers and components.Attention to detail and accuracy in logging and tracking equipment.Ability to read and follow instructions and work orders.Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.Flexibility to work different shifts or overtime as needed.
