J.P. Morgan Chase is looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our Global Supplier Services (GSS) team, which operates in 11 countries with over 600 team members. This role involves sourcing, contracting, and managing third-party supplier spend across JPMC Lines of Business for both Technology and Non-IT sectors. Reporting to the APAC lead for Staff Augmentation, the Sourcing Manager will also oversee outsourced service providers for contingent workers. We seek an experienced professional who can build strong relationships and collaborate with sourcing leads and hiring managers worldwide.

Job Summary

As a Sourcing Manager within the APAC team for Staff Augmentation, you will be responsible for sourcing, contracting and execution for third party supplier spend across JPMC Lines of Business for Technology and Non-IT.

Job responsibilities

Manage the Staff Augmentation category for APAC with Managed Service Providers as the solution for certain countries, leading the full procure to pay category lifecycle.Identify qualified staff augmentation suppliers capable of meeting JPMC requirementsEvaluate competitive offerings from suppliers and develop and present sourcing options that meet JPMC's business requirementsLead the negotiations to establish commercial terms and lead the contract develop process thru contract approval and executionMaintain compliance with all policy and procedural guidelinesPartner with global and regional teams and clients on local, regional and sometimes global sourcing projects.Work closely with internal JPMC legal, risk and finance teams towards the successful completion of intricate negotiations and initiativesEnsure all the selected suppliers are compliant with SLA's (Service Level Agreements) through collaboration with our internal partners and client teamsLead the category and supplier spend management activities with your respective spend areas and suppliers.Conduct in depth cost and spend analysis in order develop target saves initiatives though various cost reduction meansLead the development and execution of category management strategies for significant sourcing transactions.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Bachelor's Degree required7+ years experience in managing commodity or category spend.Experience working with contingent workforce suppliers, detailed knowledge of temporary & independent contractors, staff augmentation, talent markets and advanced sourcingStrong understanding of contingent workforce legislation, obligations & risk managementChange Management:  ability to drive change with management direction but without having to be prescribed toProject Management:  ability to develop, plan and execute projects and create remediation plans and actions with timely updates to managementCost Modeling:  ability to understand value streams, cost drivers and how to break down cost structuresRisk Management:  Managing suppliers versus minimum control requirements, ensuring resolution to all deficiencies. Knowledge of business risk factors and business savvy to minimize risk appropriately and communicate acceptance of risk factors when required.Technology Acumen:  advanced proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced Excel), Beeline and AribaSourcing Methodology:  strong knowledge of the key aspects of the RFI/RFP/RFQ and five step sourcing processLegal Acumen:  strong understanding and proven experience in executing and amending complex legal Master Agreements and Service levels.
