Sitting at the intersection of business and technology, the Aladdin Product Management team works closely with developers, researchers, and other stakeholders to innovate, conceptualize, design and pilot new capabilities across the investment lifecycle.As a Product Manager, you will have a positive impact on developing the product vision and leadingday to dayexecution of the roadmap. There are many strategic areas that need exploration, evaluation, and prioritization, whilein parallel ensuring that the tactical needs for continuing to deliver the product are met.

As a Trading Product Manager, you will be focused on aligning product strategy and delivery for Aladdin’s trading product offering with a focus oncoreorder management capabilities. In this role, you willbe responsible forworking closely with the lead Product Manager and Engineering team to define, manage, andexecute onour product vision to create a best-in-class OEMS.

Skills / Qualifications:

Experience

3-5 years of experience working in buy side or sell side investment technology, preferably as a software engineer or a technical product manager.

Hands-on comfort using AI tools in daily product work (e.g., prompt-based research, summarization, synthesis, draft specifications, competitive scans, workflow mapping, data exploration support) withappropriate judgmentand confidentiality

Experience partnering with engineering and data teams to define API contracts, data interfaces, and constraints, and to translate those considerations into product requirements and trade-offs

Knowledge of SQL,PowerBI, AzureDevOpsand Aha!is a plus.

Business

Familiarity withmarket and technology trendsacross the trading ecosystem

Understanding of front, middle, and back-office integration touch points

Strong comprehension ofwith an Order Management System

Functional

Understanding of product and software development lifecycles

Experience with agile development practices

Experience creating a product roadmap, writing business and technical specifications, executing on product deliverables

Experience interacting with product stakeholders, including end users and software developers

Leadership

Ability to work well with technical and non-technical partners

Ability to present complextechnicalideas totechnical and non-technicalstakeholders andexecute againstthem.

Reputation of building trusting relationships

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and communicate up and down the organization

Strong organizational, problem-solving,and planning skills

Ability to work and deliver results independently

Primary Responsibilities:

Define and own the product story and roadmap for Aladdin’shigh scaletrading capabilities.

LeadProductDelivery Life Cycle (PDLC)and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) ceremoniesincluding maintenance of product roadmaps, requirements, specifications, and release notes.

Serve as a resource to internal and external clientsaboutour capabilities in the contextof their business

Be a market expert - be ahead of industry, market, and technology trends to build opportunities for BlackRock and better serve our clients.

Bemetricdriven. Track and measure usage and feedback to inform product strategy
