Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Evaluation: + Collect, process, and evaluate large data sets to identify trends and actionable insights. + Use data-driven recommendations to solve problems and improve processes. Analytics development: + Implement analytics tools and programming languages to transform raw data into meaningful insights. + Design and leverage visualization software for reporting. Problem Solving & Leadership: + Solve complex challenges with minimal supervision while mentoring junior team members. + Take ownership of data normalization and processing for both new and existing product information. Reporting & Process Improvement: + Drive report generation aligned with departmental goals and share insights to foster improvements. + Collaborate with internal and external teams on SKU/content enrichment, data collection, and automation. Content Management: + Perform data analysis, editing, and normalization to ensure consistent and accurate product information. + Streamline and enhance processes for efficient data ingestion and supplier collaboration. Collaboration & Automation Focus: + Partner with Product Data, Digital Merchandising, and external stakeholders to enhance automation and enrichment efforts. + Continuously improve processes for faster delivery and accuracy of supplier data.
