SailPoint's Order to Cash team plays a crucial role in providing support, guidance and collaboration across all organizations within the company to aid in SailPoint's mission to continue to remain an innovative presence in the cybersecurity world.
This contract is to cover a 4 month maternity leave - expectations are Feb. 2 to around June 8.
Primary order-to-cash responsibilities include:
Order Management and InvoicingReviewing submitted orders to ensure accuracy of contract terms and payment schedulesGenerate invoices based on contract payment terms, purchase order details, and other pertinent informationInvoice delivery and submission in multiple portalsWork with other key departments including Account Management, Contracts, and Sales in regard to order related itemsWork with revenue team in understanding revenue recognition policy and applicationAdditional responsibilities to support the team include:
Professional Services:Prepaid, fixed fee, milestone, time and material order and invoice processingAssisting with invoice delivery and submissionProject ID setupWork with Services team to ensure proper invoicing of submitted ordersMaintenance renewals:Review, validate, and process maintenance renewal orders and related invoicingMaintain customer files with purchasing and invoicing requirementsUpdating and adjusting entitlements based on completed renewalsCollections:Sending payment reminders for overdue accountsAssist with invoice discrepancies and disputesProvide statement of accountsAssisting with monthly accounting and close responsibilitiesRequirements
Experience working in a team environmentMicrosoft officeExperience with enterprise accounting systems, Salesforce and NetSuite systems a plusBusiness/Accounting degree preferredFamiliarity with general ledger including, monthly close, and auditingEEO
