This position has primary responsibility for supporting the Transportation Analysts in delivering vehicles to the DSP. This could include but is not limited to: Orders Temp tags, following up on repairs, responding to inquiries from internal and external clients, holding meetings with vendors as needed and pulling together reports to provide status as necessary
Duties
Manage transport services as requested with accuracySupport Transport Analyst with vin level escalations and meetings, including 3 – 5 times per week results review, requirements forecasting and performance outcomes on vehicle delivery volumes of 200 – 800 per week.Responsible for Master reject file – data that is rejected from the master. Research the root case and have it corrected so the data feeds properly.Repairs- assist with the coordination of repairs needed at hubMaintain records of required vehicle services while vehicles are in storage status, Including but not limited to:
Vehicle exercise cyclesDOT InspectionsRepairsT&R InspectionsEducation and Experience
High School Diploma, 2- or 4-year degree preferredProcess Management experience preferred.Six Sigma Yellow Belt or above is an asset.Production Forecasting is an assetA demonstrated history of problem solving in complex operational experiences is requiredCustomer Service experienceWhat’s in it for You
