Job DescriptionProvide legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and transaction structuring.Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements and contracts.Collaborate with clients to address legal and regulatory challenges.Support cross-border transactions and coordinate with international teams.Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting mergers and acquisitions.Advise on risk management and compliance during transactions.Work closely with other legal departments and external counsel as needed.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior associates within the department.

A successful candidate should have:
